Plus, participate in Important Surveys! The Medicare Health Outcome Survey (HOS) process has begun. Medicare chooses beneficiaries at random to participate in patient-reported outcomes to create better performing health plans across all of Medicare. Your response helps improve quality and care for all Medicare patients. If you are selected the survey and info will arrive by mail in April.
You may have already received survey material for Medicare’s Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers & Systems (CAHPS). This key survey also shows health plans and Medicare how beneficiaries are experiencing care at doctor offices and other healthcare facilities. The more beneficiaries participate in this survey the more Medicare and your health plan can improve quality care and patient experience!
